I've been seeing this everywhere and I'm debating checking it out but at the same time the fact that the things I was seeing were 90% suggestive is a bit concerning
Not that I'm against stuff like that but because if I was ever caught playing something like that I'm never beating the allegations

Nah the game is just suggestive that's all, there's no nudity or explicit content in it. There are some options that help you make the game kind of "safe", for example you can limit the body sliders and disable physics
