Hey man, never feel like you have to make art. it's not a job, especially when you have other jobs and responsibilities in real life to worry about.
And if you feel like your having trouble with your current art-style then try something new. And if that doesn't work, keep trying something new until you finally feel comfortable. That's what I did for the longest time actually, just changing my art style until I finally found one that suited me.
